I have a 1970 SS 396 and I need to decode the rear-end #'s and all I know is that the CCW means it's a 3.31 ratio. Can anyone decode these #'s for me or maybe tell me where to fine the codes on the internet? They are as follows.

On the front passenger side on the axle is: CCW0527B1 Also on the front on drivers side is: 3969278NF

Then on the back passenger side upside down is: 12*45 and under that is: 67890

0527 is May, 27
B is Buffalo plant
1 is day shift
