How do the pro's seal the very end of the roofrail where the window fuzzy,window and body all meet at the end of the quarter glass?
This is all new stuff and where they all meet there is a gap that is going to leak, what sould I put in there to seal it ? :confused:
The car is allready painted so the color must also be correct. (dark blue)

Back in the corner you shouldn't have any big gaps. Did you cut your window weatherstrip to short? Some leakage is normal because the fuzzies don't seal up tight along the whole glass and the quarters and doors have drains just for that.

No I didnt cut the rubber at all, It's just where the fuzzie and the top meet there is a small hole that is going to leak.

I wouldn't worry about that taking on water to much. It's covered from the top. I would squeeze a little silicone in it and let it set up.
