I called classic chevrolet parts in Ok city about floor pans. He said all floor pans are made from taiwan. I have read bad things about over seas metal parts. Does it matter on floor pans. I would rather have the american made ones. I am just wondering if the cost for additional freight charges is really worth it. I can drive to classic chevrolet and pickup the parts home. If I order from ground up or goodmark or whoever I will have to pay shipping. So is it worth the extra cost to get american made floor pans. Thanks Don.

This is the one I ordered from Groundup. I can't remember if it's American made or not, but the quality is pretty good. There were no wrinkles or folds in the stamping, and it only took minor massaging to get it to fit right.
