I was wondering what the best way is to bleed the air out of the cylinders for a convertable top.

I asked this same question two years ago. My first I think.
There is a rubber plug that must be pulled out of the side of the motor (passinger side of motor). Insert a tube that seals as it goes into the hole (I like to cut the end of a spark plug boot and stick it over the tube and grind a taper on it). You need make an air tight seal here or the motor will suck air.
Put the tube in a bottle full of ATF so it can suck fluid, blow out bubbles, but not suck in air. Raise the top up and down 3 times, wait 15 minutes for the motor to cool, and repeat. Install the rubber plug back into the motor.
