Hi, I have a 72 chevelle malibu that I would like to convert to an ss look alike. I have a friend who has a pair of bucket seats for a 69 impala, as well as the consule. Whould these work in a Chevelle?

the seat tracks mount to the floor differently
and the center console is completely different
the console will not (look alike)
and the seat tracks can probably be modified
the seats themselves are the same though except for the design of the seat covers

Could I buy the seat tracks for a Chevelle and mount them on those?

the seats are correct you need to change the coverings though
but getting the seat tracks is probably going to be very hard
probably better off passing on the deal and looking for the correct seats for a chevelle
unless you are on a tight budget then if these are relatively inexpensive and having the correct look is not to important then you can modify the tracks
