Hey guys, i just ordered the rebuild kit for my holley 3310, and want to get a good rebuild book to explain the assembly, disassembly and general workings of this carb. Thanks a lot guys!

I put a little something together on the Camaro site that might help you...

Anyone know how to get the new carb look? Is it a plating or just a paint? I have a good Holley that doesn't need a rebuild but could really use a cosmetic facelift.

that is good info dennis, i will read it when i get off work.

Is there a good book or something though that will detail the rebuilt process. I have the "how to rebuild your big block chevy" book and it has been great for my engine build, is there something along those lines for carbs?

Daniel - there are a lot of books and a lot of info on rebuilding but no step by step because there are so many different holley carb out there. Your kit will provide not only the parts you need but an exploded diagram. There is a link to a list of books in the 1st page of info in techref, they all have some great info but may leave the beginner dizzy. After reading a couple of the books this one really cleared the fog away for me...
