I have been having some leaking from a new core. Years ago one of the brackets broke off, so I disconnected the core. Now I have put the core back in and it leaks alittle. There are two brackets in the cox. The one near the tubes is in place, but the one near the passenger side door is missing. The core sits somewhat cockeyed. Is this causing the core to leak?

i just got done doing mine. mine leaked as well with the new core in. i would check the connections where the core and the lines meet, thats where mine leaked.
hope this helped.

I just felt like posting since we needed another Aaron in this post. :D

Seroiusly, my older one was weeping a little where the lines meet the core too. Good Luck! smile.gif

Question: What direction does the bracket near the tubes face? Should the long
"arms" face up or down?
