Taking some suggustions here. I need to run a oil line, water temp line, and volt meter line as well as a line to the dist. for a tach. My question is how big of holes did you drill or did you drill one big hole? Is your hole and gromment 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, or even bigger? I like one hole for each gauge. I thank a 1/4 would be right for the oil line and volt meter line, but how about that water line. If I recall the nut on the line is around a 9/16 or larger correct? Any suggustions?

Don't you have a wiring harness? The only thing that's seperate is oil and tach.

Just drill one hole and run them all through the same hole, 3/8, w/ grommet. I wouldn't drill any more holes than necessary, as their hardly noticeable anyway.

66ss, Yes, I do have a harness  . They are all mech gauges graemlins/thumbsup.gif with the exception of the volt meter gauge.

Usually I can find some existing hole to piggyback through. If your car is an auto trans there is usually a plug in the firewall where the clutch pushrod would have come through on a manual trans application.

Make sure you place a proper size grommet in the fire wall where the wiring harness goes inside a round hole. You can cut the groomet if the wire needs to be placed inside the grommet.Secure it with silicone. graemlins/beers.gif
