I hate to plug E bay but if you look at the 2 1970 SS chevelles for sale on there it will make you think selling the house to have one of these fine cars. #1 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2453940344&category=6164 #2 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2454042125&category=6164 Anyone want to lend me some extra money?????????????

I like the first one, but I don't think I would consider selling my house (that I don't own yet... someday) for any chevelle.

Don't get me wrong , I love Chevelles I own 7 of them various years ,
but never would I pay 130,000 for one, That's an incredable amount of money for a car that if you drove it down the track just once you spoil its value,
My 69 Convertable with a race ready 396 cost me a whole lot less maybe one 10/th of that and I can race it with no worries of decreasing its value to some shlump that wants to judge me and or my car.
but good luck to someone that can't turn his or her own wrench and build a car for themselves and willing to shell out over 130,000 for a 1970 Chevelle
sorry just letting it off my chest
