I got some new hood insulation from Ground Up but not sure which side faces down. One side has a little texture bumps, the other side is smoother. Which side shows? Thanks.

I replaced this insulation on my '66 and I had the same problem you're having. I just called the company I bought from and one of the technical guys there was able to clarify things for me. The insulation I received had a "smooth" side and this was to help the insulation adhere to the sheet metal...
