hi there, I just had my el camino paint-
ed and the drain holes in the bed are
plugged, where are they and how do I

There are some in bottom of the "well" under that removable panel in the bed, you can get to them from under the car. Also in the bottoms of the Quarter panels. They are an ingenious little goodies, that let water out but not in. Just get something to poke through the hole without damaging the rubber. There usually is a bunch of crude on top of them and you will need to remove them completely to get it all out. Make sure you clean the ones under the well GOOD. When that well fills up with water, it WILL eventually get under the rear body panel into your interior. The cover is not designed to seal this water out by the way, so don't try to make do so.
