...this applies to pickup trucks mainly...
just wanted to know if anyone has installed aftermarket back up light bulbs that would replace the stock ones in the tail light housing. i cant see nothing when i back up at nite with the factory lights. i dont really want under bumper lights though.
how much brigther were they than stock?
what brand?
what they cost?
would you buy them again?

any input would really be appreciated

Don't they make halogen replacements? Or LED's. Either one should help.

LED lite with 19 light bulbs any good?

back-up lights are meant to be a visual warning to anyone that may be behind you, they are'nt meant to light your way.

I agree, I look for them in parking lots but don't think they intended them to warn the driver behind you so he can see you hit him!! ;)
