I did a bad thing and bought a dash out of a 71 monte off ebay. I got it and had no wiring, and the screws that hold the cluster on were broken off, and i think the printed circuit board is no good. I was wondering how to tell if it is a comumn shift dash, or a floor shift dash. Is there a difference and can if it is a column shift dash, can i use it as a floor shift. And, if anyone has a complete dash they want to sell let me know.

If it is a column shift it will have the shift indicator at the bottom of the speedo. If it is a column shift cluster it will function fine in a floor shift car.
