After reading through several past posts on seam sealer it looks like the 3M UltraPro Ureathane Seam Sealer 08361 looks like a good choice. The question is what is a good way to apply it. It comes in a foil container and not a tube. Is this something that you can bruch on or do you need a special applicator?
