My elco needs the front-end replaced after a little underbraking situation, ooops. It is a 68 but I kinda like the 69 look, do I replace the 68 grill with the 69 or buy a new 68 peice?

If you like the 69, buy it. It'll be alot cheaper and probably easier to find than a '68.

Someone in the free classifieds on this site has a complete 68 front end with grill for sale $425 maybe he would sell the grill to you. Just a thought

Thanks, I went to Chevyland yesterday, I can get complete grill kits for either year and the price is about the same.

We all know what a blast it is opening the hood of a '68! (Hint: Not for anyone without full capability of both hands and arms).

'69 is for Camaros. '68 is for Chevelles!
