when you are ready to insert your photo,
clik on the image button below the box you are typing in, then paste or type in the internet address of the pic. Your pic does have to be hosted somewhere on the net.

for example http://www.mobileautorecon.com/Pics/Chevelle%20Pics/engine%20drivers%20side.JPG inserted in the image box that pops up will yield this result of my project car that I am working on in my garage.

I think Al kinda frowns on posting the image itself with the IMAGE tags due to bandwidth unless the photo is hosted by TC. A link (with the URL tags) is preferred. Another hint, try to elimnate spaces in your file name - note the %20 in the link above. Not knocking it, but it makes it difficult to read and some host servers don't like file names with spaces in them. It's generally better to use the underscore character ( _ ) instead of a space when uploading files to a server. Also, some servers don't like uppercase letters. I'd have the above link as 'http://www.mobileautorecon.com/Pics/Chevelle_Pics/engine_drivers_side.jpg' - but that's just me. :D
