We just installed a new Autometer tach on my sons 72 El Camino and it works but seems to be not calibrated correctly. It revs up fine but at idle it shows zero rpm. We rechecked our connections and grounded it to the engine block.
Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before. I wanted to double check everthing before I return it. Thanks RichF
