I'm about ready to block sand my 70 chevelle and was wondering if I should purchase the Durablock brand sanding blocks or some other brand that would work better. Is there any particular shape or shapes that I should get that would be the most used for the funky curves on a 70 chevelle
Thanks in advance for the replies.

To be honest im not sure if there is ever enough blocks that you can have. I have used the durablocks nice feel to them i like there round long one which i cut to fit a piece of 6" stikit for curves. I use all sorts of things pcv pipe wood dowels ect. My favorite block would probably be a 3m stikit pad to fit 6" and 5" paper. There about 5/16" thick or so and black. I kind of use the edge of it on an angle in a radius or contour.
Also a long board for flat areas such as your hood. I personally like the wood handled ones with the aluminum plate I can't remember the name of them though.

Scraps of rubber hose in various diameters can come in handy for inside curves.
