I am going to take the fenders off as well as the doors and would like to know how to remove the hinge pins so I don't have to do any re-alighnment Thanks Zach

Easiest way is to remove the doors and leave the hinges bolted to the cowl.Hammer the pins out,on my car i cut the pin in half and worked it out with a hammer and punch because it was rusty and would't move.Once the pin is out, the two hinge sections seperate.Then put the new bushings in,put the hinge back together and tap the new pin in. By leaving the hinge bolted to the cowl its easier to work on and you wont need to reaalign the hinge much(assuming it was correct in the first place). graemlins/beers.gif
