I'M LOOKING AT PAINTING MY ENGINE BAY. I'VE READ A LOT OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT POR 15 SO I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS PRODUCT. MY QUESTION IS, DO I STILL NEED TO USE A REGULAR PAINT LIKE THE EASTWOOD UNDER HOOD PAINT AFTER I USE POR 15? OR WILL POR 15 BE ENOUGH?

Kamino69er,
I believe you still would want to paint over the Por 15. I don't think it would give you the finish you'd want (and I think I read somewhere where you want to topcoat it for other reasons, but I cannot remember what they are; I'm sure someone will jump in with the correct info).

By the way, you might want to turn off the caps lock; it's considered yelling. :D

You need to top coat POR15 because it is broken down over time by exposure to light. Also remember that this stuff works great on rust but does not stick well to painted surfaces.
The manufacturer of POR15 makes products to top coat the POR15. I have also had great sucess spraying a light dusting of Eastwoods self etching primer about 3-4 hours after I applied the POR15 then top coated with my favorite paint the next day.
