I had a mismatched pair of wiper arms on my Elkie which left a real interesting pattern on my windshield. I just got a pair of originals off eBay, but I can't see where to connect the extra arm on the driver side. Should there be some kind of pin next to the rotating shaft? I checked the Assembly Manual, but the drawing's not real clear. Anybody got pics of what these should look like when installed? Thanks.

The extra driver’s side arm is used on the concealed or hidden wiper set-up. On the hidden wiper transmission, there is an extra pin next to the pivot for the arm to attach to.
Sounds like you have hidden blades but the car has a non-hide motor and transmission.

I thought I had hidden wipers, although they gut hung up on the cowl stainless and don't go all the way down by themselves. Thought it was partly due to the mismatched arms. I even replaced the motor with a hidden wiper motor not too long ago and it looked the same as what I took off.

Could it be I have the wrong transmission? A simple fix, right? So where would I find the part, or better yet, any ideas how I can just add a post to connect the extra arm to?
