It took some time, but those special parts are now ready for some real cleaning. Looks like a messy job I know. So what do you guys think? By the way, it's a slow loading page, so dial-up beware.

Thanks guys, that's reassuring. Wish I trusted myself enough to be doing the resto (my uncle is restoring it). The area under the windshield looks a little rough, and there aren't pics out back, but one of the quarters may need replaced. Either way, it's exciting that the project is finally taking off!

Did you clean in inside of the roof? If so how did you do it. Our 70 Chevelle has all the old matting which looks like it was originally glued on and it looks like it would be a B---h to clean it out from under the lips.
