If the homework is done, the Professor and a couple others hail out of Hagarstown.

I've been in contact with the professor himself via email, but my car was currently 3 hours away at the time. It'll be here in about 2 weeks and then the fun starts. I currently have it down to the cab on the frame. I have some parts I need to weld on but the welder I was planning to use will, once again, be three hours away and the guy won't lend it to me for an extended amount of time. If anyone wants to meet up in a few, drink a couple and weld a quarter skin, inner wheel well, and a filler panel I'm game. Basically, I'm new to the area here and I left all my car buds back home. graemlins/beers.gif

I have e-mailed Clark a couple of times and I have offered help and the use of my Mig in exchange for the occational help when I need it.

Count me in -

Beer, welding and Chevelles - man that sounds like a lot of fun

One of the funniest stories I remember seeing in the paper a few years ago was somewhere up by you around Frederick, MD some guy was picked up by the police driving a power lawn mower on the highway at night with his faithful dog at his side and a case of beer and was on his way home from some tavern.

As I remember it - they had taken away his drivers license for too many DWI's so he resorted to driving the lawn mower instead of a car

Maybe we can find him too, give him a blow torch, a few beers and really fix up that Chevele of yours.

Which one is Brandon?

The lawn mower story doesn't surprise me. I have seen some messed up stuff since moving here.

I did work at a bodyshop for a little bit but mainly I was the guy who washed the cars and moved them around in the lot, I did help the guys out some but it was minor stuff like stripping some parts off of doors and removing some trim or holding body panels in place while they bolted them on. I'm not completely useless just tell me what to do and instruct me and I catch on pretty fast.
