I just worked over a photo of my 85 Elky in Adobe. Looks pretty nice as a drop-top. You'll have to imagine the two-inch drop, 17 inch wheels, fiberglass front-tilt clip, and candy red paint. You'll also have to imagine the eliptical tube steel roll bar. I'll try to modify it more to reflect these mods, but I'm very new to Adobe so I'm not good at it yet. Here's a link:

oops... the above link doesn't work. Just go to www.photopoint.com (http://www.photopoint.com) and put my email addy in the top right. (its route66@pocketmail.com) That will take you to my albums. The last two photos are the convertible as-is, and a really poor doctoring of one with red paint, a roll bar, and big wheels.

It actually looks pretty good from the side..
But i am not sure about how it would look from closer...
It would sure look wierd with the trunk bed..
IMO that is.
I think that if you take a 4dr and turn it into a Conv. It would look better than an Elky...

But still.. from the side it's pretty sharp.
