Hey guys, I just got new doorpanels and paper-style watersheilds. What's the best adhesive to use to install the watersheilds? Thought the 3M gorilla snot/weatherstrip glue (black) would work, but that won't stay flexible and if one had to repair a regulator, the watersheild would likely rip. Any ides? thanks, Brian

3M also makes strip caulk that would be most like the original stuff that was used and would stay flexible and make removal possible. 3M "Gorilla Snot" is usually pretty permanent.

I used the 3M strip caulk as described above...about $10 a box. Easy to "break" into smaller pieces and be pretty precise in the placement too.
Hope this helps,
