I'm having trouble getting the cowl induction door to lay level with the hood. I've tried just about everything, including adjusting the acuator support, the hinges, and even shimming. No matter what I do it's low on the side facing forward and high on the side facing the windshield. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm desperate!

There should be a small adjustment screw on the inside of the hinge assembly. Screw it up for the back of the door to ride higher and screw it down for the door to ride lower in the back. I sent you an email with a picture. Do you hinges have the adjustment screws?
