Does anyone know where I can get Chevy engine paint in a pint can, so I can touch up my engine with a brush, instead of masking everything off and still getting overspray ?

Rustomotive Labs/ Por-15 makes a engine enamel in a can. You can brush it or thin and spray. It may not be the exact same Chevy Orange. I used this Paint on my L78 engine. I thinned and sprayed. I'm very happy with the product.
Type in POR-15 on the web.

If you don't have to paint a large area why not get a spray can and spray some in the lid or a palet let it set up for a minute and it will brush just fine.

Personal experience one brands "chevy orange" can be different from others http://www.chevelles.com/forum/mad.gif Just something to keep in mind...might end up with different collered orange splotches.

You can brush it on with results noone will know you used a brushed. The trick to it is finding the softest hair brush for your application. Keep the paint wet while brushing the area. Don't try to fix it in one stroke. And let it dry between strokes. Arts and Crafts shops should have the fine camel hair type brushes. They are not cheap so clean it good when your done for future uses. I did my 396bc/cc silver to match the car and I'll swear you'd never detect that it was done with a brush. Sometimes the overspray aint worth the hassle.
