They are the same size but the 70 may have an antena in it. They will fit either.

68 thru 72 2 doors all use the same windshield, the difference is the antenna and the tinting. I put a 70 windshield in my 69 because I wanted the built in antenna. Fit was perfect, and I like the clean look without the fender antenna.

If you are going to get a new windshield, try and get an LOF or Pilkington piece. They are the OEM manufacturer for GM.
