While pulling a wheel off and on I noticed I have loose wheel studs on the front rotors. So what do I do? Pull them off have them drilled for larger studs? Or are they OK as long as I keep them tight?

I would want them to be tight in the hole. I would first try to get a set of new studs and see how tight they fit in the holes you have now. Sometimes the knurling wears off of the studs and causes them to loosen and the hole will still be fine. Give this a try first becasue finding oversize studs can be a real problem sometimes.
