Hey guys, i will be swapping between a sbc 327 cast in 68 to a 454 block cast in the mid 70's. I think 78 specifically. This is going into a 70 Chevelle. Am i going to need new motor mounts, or will the same ones i have work? I don't know what year they transferred over to the clamshell style. Thanks a lot guys.

73 was the first year for the clamshell style in a chevy, but the mounting holes on the block didnt change. Just use the 70 chevelle mounts and you will be fine.
