I just put hooker headers on yesterday. My alternator bolted to the manifold, now I need to find a bracket or a new way to bolt on my alternator. Does anyone know what bracket I need, or have one forsale? My car is a 66malibu 327 powerglide.

OPG has a new catalog that shows the alterntor brackets for headers.page 274 of the catalog.

Go to page 35, and look at part #9852. If you head down to your local Kragens/shucks/checkers, Pepboys, Napa or whatever, they will have it in stock. You just bolt that bracket in with the front 2 header bolts on the driver side.
