So lately, while driving my 65 around I've been hearing a creek from the steering.

A creek that started out as very faint has grown into quite an annoyance when I turn my steering wheel.

The fluid level is fine, what could be wrong?

Where is it comming from? I'm assuming that this is not related to your turn signal problems.

I had a similiar creek. it turned out to be the idler arm.

Mine was original and had no provisions for a grease fitting. I ended up replacing it, even though the bearings were still tight.

You might get someone to turn the wheel, while you check under the hood for the source.

yeah...I need to do that. I wish I had a few more gearheads around who'd like to help me out.
