Does anyone have any experience with restoring the grill (and grill support) for a 66 chevelle?
I assume you just drill the rivets out clean the metal a reassemble.
Where do I buy the rivets and gun that will allow me to reassemble it back to original condition?
Also there is one small ding in the grill. Is it possible to get the ding out with hand tools and leaving no evidence of the repair?

Thanks for any help on this.

They make rivets that are two piece. you put them in an there is a piece that slips up on like a nut.

I get most of my parts from Ground Up and John's Classic Cars in GA. I don't think Ground Up has them. Try John at 800-335-4571. I think they are like .20 a piece. Don't use pop rivits!
