Im having trouble trying to figure out what is the correct paint to paint the under carage or the floor pans,I dont know if your suppose to use undercoating or what. For the fram I think Ill use eastwoods original chassis black. Is that right or should I use the glossy chassis black. What abou the rearend housing is it suppose to be black, and the rearend cover? The car is all original but it is rusty underneath.not real bad but I can tale exactly wat the colors need to be.Im getting ready to weld in the trunk floor, what is the right paint to ust for the inside of the trunk?Sorry for so many questions but I wont to get it as close a possible. What Im doing with it right now since the drive train is in good shape and I can get it going quicker and cheaper than the 69 I was building,is Im not doing a frame off right now.Im going to scrub the fram and everything as good as possible and take the engine out and paint the firewall and everything then Im going to get it painted and put the interior in it.Then Im goig to do a frame of on the other 69 and build it like I really wanted to from the begining and not spare no ex[ence and nothing. Then when its done in a couple years Ill tear the mathching#69ss down and do a fram off on it that way I can be driving on and have it looking good and all it just wont be a frame off 100point resto right now.But this way Ill be able to fix both of them exactly the way I wont and I wont be rushing trying to get one ready.

Floor pans are painted semi gloss black (the Chassis black from Eastwood). The rear end is the same color OR you can paint it natural, personal preference there, they came either way. For inside the trunk area, use black/aqua spatter paint and make sure you seal it with clear coat other wise it will become a huge mess should any water get in there, the paint itself is water soluble.
