Where do I hook up the positive wire to my choke, Where on the fuse panel.

I would reccomend hooking it up to the ignition terminal at the fuse block.

Mine is piggy-backed on the hot that feeds the wiper motor. It's hot when the key turns on and it's very easy to piggy back to it. No penetrating the firewall.

I used the old 12 volt feed for the TCS relay on the firewall. You don't want to tap into a feed that is on when the key is in the "Accessary" position. Works fine with the Holley.
