Will the fender extensions and parking light bezels from a 72' elky fit a 72' chevelle? they look the same to me but I have noticed that the parts catalogs have different part numbers for the chevelles and elkys

Nope. They are different. If you find some loose bezels look for the PASS embosed in the plastic for Chevelle bezels.

Elky's and station wagons are the same. Chevelles, 2-door and 4-doors are the same.

New69SS..
7 years ago, my dad had an accident in the Chevelle.
It bent the LH fender ext. out of shape...
After weeks of searching, all he could find for parts was a 72 Wagon.
He bought it for $3000, took the headlight extention, grill, hood and some interior parts... And sold it for $3500 http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif
What i am trying to say is.. That he used that Wagon headlight ext. on the Chevelle.
After some minor fabrications, it bolted up.
You can't see it's a wagon's fender ext.
Take a look Here (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/Chaos1.JPG)
