I need someone good to work on mechanicals of my 72. Any recommendations?
I asked this question buried in another post, but thought I'd ask again w/ my question as the subject...

There are no good mechanics in Houston.
(just kidding) http://www.chevelles.com/forum/wink.gif
I'm sure one of 'em will pipe in. What do you need done? I know there are many good TC members in the Houston area. They display lots of talent with their Chevelles.

Car's been stored for 8 years. I need someone to go through mechanicals like brakes, drivetrain, steering, suspension etc. Just to make sure car is safe to go down the road.
And yes, I am an Aggie. Class of '87. Whoop!

I'm class of '96 myself. Good to see some Ags on the board. I don't know of any mechanics here in town since I'm always the poor sob wrenching on my car. What part of town are you in?
