Is your car a 70? There were 299 with the 454 in 1970. See link below to my Oshawa built car.
Your cowl tag should have some of the options on the car including Z15 (454 in 70). Post your cowl numbers if you would, there aren't to my knowledge many of the 299 left.
I guess it's worth what you paid for it, for now, and a whole lot more once it's restored.

Tom here's what you've got.

752 ? could not find are you sure it's a 2
Z15 454 engine
A51 Frt Bucket Seats
M40 Turbo 400 Automatic Transmission

There should be a number and letter on the left lower portion of the tag the tells the build date. Mine is 1A for first week of January 1970. See if you can find this number.
Great find BTW. Congrats.

I remember when I took the back seat out it has a orange tag saying june 70.This car also has 3 like air horns that go to a coil like thing, and there is a plug in front to plug car in i guess when it is cold, was this common to canadian cars or option Is there any more places to determine that this was built in canada. What do you think this would sell for restored without original engine.I am trying to find a engine that would be as close to original as possible.Finding original engine is probally impossible. Thanks TOM

The plug is probably a block heater. Almost every car up here has one.
