does anyone know about how much fuel pressure I should be running from the pressure regulator on the inner fender well to the carbs.I have a pretty beefed up 350 bored .030 over with 12.1 compression,edelbrock tunnel ram with 2 edelbrock 500 cfm carbs.Right now it's at about 4.5 and seems to be running real good but I'm not sure about the pressure.Any help would be appreciated.

7 PSI could push fuel past your seats. I'd run 6 PSI max, 4.5 is the minimum.

Really, it depends on the carb you are running, some like more pressure than others. Edelbrock carbs seem to do well with 4.5 to 5 psi, Q-jets around 5 to 6 psi, and Holleys seem to be the most forgiving and can go as high as 7 psi. Sounds like you have it set up good. Only thing I'd see offhand is what kind of pump are you using? Make sure it can keep the 4.5 psi consistent on an extended WOT pull.
