I'm posive I have the correct cyl. for the push rod and power vac booster. Yes, the master is for, four wheel disc. Fluid comes out the full stroke of the pedal as far as I can tell. I havent checked if the master is squirting up, I just put it in this weekend. What is the adjustment for the rod from the brake pedal to the booster? that is what I ment when I said "I have it set up like manual brakes" the push rod is about a 16th from starting to engage with the booster/master, I had to graft the threaded end of the nova pushrod to the push rod thats affixed into the booster to get it to mate. thanx again guys. you give me hope. i wonder if the travel of your peddle is ended to soon. try pushing the rod in manualy. not with the peddel. sounds like the rod needs to be pushed in further then the stroke of the peddel will allow. if this is true you need to either adjust that rod or make it longer.
