Is there any certain RPM's on a TH350 were the trans no longer kicks down?
I ask this because on my S-10 with a 3.42 rear and a smallblock it seems like if the rpm's are under 2500 you can get the trans to kick down via the pedal but once you get past say 3k no matter how hard you push the tranny doesn't kick down.
Yes the cable is adjusted right and hooked up and yes the vacuum modulator is hooked up to full manifold vacuum.
