i have a powergilde and i get a th350 and i what to know if im going to get more power and do u feel it alot or not that much cuz i dont know if u feel it alot or just alittle but i dont know if u can tell me thanx

My dad and I have the exact same car, same engine, different trans. He as a th350 stock 283 and I have a stock 283 with a powerglide. When I drive his car, you get a lot different first gear due to the lower ratio. If you floor it from a stop it gets up there quicker than in the powerglide where it takes a while to get up to the mid rpms where it really kicks.
