You could go with something from your local auto parts store or with a supplier like Year One or our sponsor, Ground Up Restorations.

Quality heater hose is sold in bulk (by the foot from a big roll) at "real" parts stores. Carefully remove the old hoses and take them with you and show the parts dude and he will fix you up. Most Chevelles use different size hose for heater in and heater out Don't damage the fittings on the water pump or heater core when removing old hose. It probably will require some cutting. You don't want to deform, scratch, gouge, mar or otherwise damage the outlet stubs of the heater core or you may have leak problems subsequently. I use a single-edeg razor blade or sharp thin-bladed knife and very carefully slice and peel back the hose in several spots around the area where it fits the heater core connections. Then you can remove it without a lot of twisting, pulling, prying. Don't over tighten the hose clamps on the new hoses. Gates Rubber website has a catalogue lookup for hoses part #'s. Good Luck.
