I need to replace the small (3"x3/4") hose that runs from the side of the blower motor to the evaporator case on my 1970 SS with AC. Is this a part that GM would carry? I havent seen any offered by the usual resto suppliers. If anyone knows the answer they could save me some running around.

Place an ad at Team Chevelle Classified (http://www.chevelles.com/ads/index.shtml). I'm sure you'll get one.

I checked with GM and several good auto parts stores, nobody sells this hose! Fortunately, I was able to fix the small crack in my hose with some rubber cement. If anyone is disassembling a heater /AC system definitely save these hoses. Im sure there are others in need. Kevin
