nobody sells radiator hoses i had my local speed shop order me some and they didnt fit. so my question is this do you think that i should get a straight radiator hose and bend it so it fits or should i get one of those new aluminum or metal ones, the ones like they sell in summit.

Look at Napa or kragen and keep pluggin until you find one that fits. Dont buy a straight hose and bend it or you will have a restriction as the hose will get thinner at the bend. Best thing to do is to take your old hoses into the store and say "Give me these"
They didnt get it right when I asked either. Had to get a flex hose for the bottom and a prebent for the top. Take your old hose with you and get the same set-up, doesnt matter if its from the same car or not as long as it matches your other hose or can be trimmed in length to fit.
BTW, everywhere sells rad hoses bud. Napa, Pepboys, Kragen, the dealerships, Autozone.....

A lot of the Repro vendors sell the correct hoses, try YearOne or National Parts Depot. If you like the look of brightwork in your engine compartment, go for the stainless steel ones from Summit, they look great and I think they will last just about forever. Wanna see a pic?
