I just got a repo fan shroud from Year One for my 72 big block.

Question: one shroud is listed as being for big block with A/C and/or heavy duty cooling.

The other shroud is for no A/C and standard cooling.

Anybody know the difference in the shrouds?

My car is a factory A/C car. Doesn't have it now, but will soon. It's getting a new radiator now, too. They sold me the standard cooling shroud.

Is their really a difference???

Gound Up lists two shrouds for the 72 BB as well. They distinguish them as 26" radiator and 28" radiator. Is that the difference between standard and h/d cooling, 2" width on the radiator?
