Anyone used one of the VOV valves in lieu of the POA valve in your A/C system?
I'm just finishing up a 67 SS396 Chevelle that has factory air. I have replaced the Frigidaire compressor with a Sanden 709 unit, otherwise the A/C system is stock.
I plan to use R134a refrigerant.
I understand that the VOV valve is supposed to be an improvement over the CCOT valve, especially in conversions like mine. The VOV valve is marketed by Nartron, 500 N. US 131, Reed City, MI
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
PowPaw
