Well not my car but my brothers 88 monte ss. It has a lot of deposits in there and we're looking to get rid of them. Are there any cheap methods like muriatic acid or vinegar or something homemade that will get rid of them? thanks.

I have used a product called CLR. It's available at most any grocery or hardware store. CLR stands for Calcium Lime Rust remover. But...The best solution would be to take it to a radiator shop and have them hot tank it. You might even be better off to just have it re-cored. Sometimes they're just beyond help.
