have a 66 chevelle that used to have air, but no longer. The kick panel vents leak when it rains. Don't know where to go to stop the leak and was looking for some insight.
appreciate whatever help comes my way.

Pat had this same problem with several A/C as well as Non A/C cars before. 1st thing is to get someone to hold a hose on the windshield, run water all over the cowl area/fender. With you inside, a flashlight, and with the kick panel removed. you will find where it is leaking. Reach up in the vent area and you will find water pouring out of that area. There are several seams that always seem to leak. I plug with dumdum. Looks like silly putty. Go to Napa to find this.
