Anyone ever run one of these - such as a Billet Specialties #90220? (http://www.billetspecialties.com/big_image/x90220.jpg)

Their site says, "Swivel housings are machined from billet aluminum and then welded with an aerospace process that eliminates any possibility of leaks." If they're welded, how can they swivel? If the neck swivels on the base so you can align the hose, what keeps it from leaking?

I run a CSI swivel neck... it was a few bucks, but looks good, and doesn't leak. The part the bolts go through is only a flange-- the actual hose connection part spins in it. The "spin dealie" portion of the part has an o-ring in the bottom of it to seal to the manifold. The CSI neck has a seperate hose outlet which screws into the "spin dealie" which is also sealed via o-ring.

Necessary? Certainly not. Trick looking? Of course! =)

I use a CSI swivel housing also. No leaks and looks great.

I also run one, tho I don't know the brand. Never had a leak or issue other than it is at more like a 30 or 40 degree angle which is too much. The hose has to bend pretty good at the outlet and looks kinda weird. The one you show in the picture would work much better for my 355 SBC in my Nova. Don't know about in a Chevelle tho as it might sit the motor lower so you need the higher angle.
